He always worked around our schedule and was responsive to our messages and calls 24/7. Frank is very down to earth, friendly, and knowledgeable about the housing market throughout the entire IE, so he found us the perfect location for our needs. Once we found a great location, he fought to get us the lowest price possible on our house, and advocated for us throughout the entire closing and escrow processes. Frank made the time to make sure he was with us for the final walkthrough to ensure our new home was in perfect condition. Once we had closed on our dream home, Frank had a handful of fantastic home improvement suggestions, and had reliable vendors to refer us to.
